Copier rental, billed on what you print
A monthly rent that includes a set number of copies, then a fixed rate per extra copy. No machine to buy, and servicing is our job.
How the bill works
The rent
A fixed monthly amount per machine. It includes a number of free copies and is also your minimum bill: in a quiet month you pay the rent and nothing more.
Extra copies
Copies above the free allowance are charged at the per-copy rate in your agreement. Black and white and colour are counted and priced separately.
The meter reading
Once a month our engineer reads the machine's counter and takes a photo of it. Your bill is made from that reading, so you can always check it.
Deposit and term
Any security deposit and the contract dates are written on your quotation and agreement before anything is installed.
What a month looks like
Why offices rent instead of buying
- No money tied up in a machine that loses value every year.
- You pay for what you print. Busy months cost more, quiet months cost the rent.
- Service visits are our responsibility, so a breakdown is a phone call, not a repair bill.
- Grow or shrink: machines can be added, swapped or taken off part way through a contract, and the rent is worked out by the day.
- If a machine has to come in for repair, a standby machine can go in its place and its copies count on the same bill.
What your rental quotation spells out
- The machine model, and whether it prints colour.
- Monthly rent and the free copies it includes.
- The per-copy rate for black and white and for colour.
- Any deposit, the contract period and what the rent covers.

Questions we get asked
Which machines can I rent?
Mostly Konica Minolta bizhub A3 machines, black and white (such as the bizhub 287 and 367) and colour (such as the bizhub C226i and C251i). We suggest one based on your monthly copy count.
What if the machine breaks down?
Call or WhatsApp us. The call is logged with a number and an engineer is assigned. If the machine has to go to our workshop, we can put a standby machine in its place.
Who reads the meter?
Our engineer, once a month, with a photo of the counter. The bill is made from that reading.
Can we add a second machine later?
Yes. Machines can be added, swapped or taken off during the contract, and the rent for that month is worked out by the day.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the machine and how much you print, so we quote each office. Send us your rough monthly copy count and we will reply with a written quotation.
